WELCOME TO OUR
REGIONAL ACTION TEAMS!
In Young Life, behind every kid being introduced to
Jesus stands a determined group of adults – staff,
volunteer leaders, donors and committee.
In Young Life, behind every kid being introduced to Jesus stands a determined group of adults – staff, volunteer leaders, donors and committee.
We partner together to reach every teen in this part of the world for Jesus Christ and help them grow in their faith. We give them an opportunity to hear the best love story ever told.
In Middle EurAsia division, these groups of adults are organized around 5 regional action teams.

“The coolest thing about Action Team calls is when staff gets to report, seeing their faces, hearing about what they are doing, looking at the map and seeing what new areas they are reaching out to.”

We are a Community.
Like a close-knit family, we like to spend time with each other! Here is how we do it:
Every month each Action Team meets on Zoom to say hello, hear stories from the field, and encourage each other.
- Once a year we get together for one big Zoom party.
- We go on Expedition Trips.
- We meet up at Friends and Family Camp every two years.
- We always look for new opportunities to support the incredible leaders we love.
“It warms our hearts to see leaders whom we’ve grown to know and love grow in their faith and lead clubs in different parts of the country. Being on the Action Team is also pretty easy – you can do it from anywhere. I remember one time we were dialing in from a beach because we were camping!”

Our action team leaders:
We pray, we go, we give, we care.
Bev Willman / Ukraine
To me, being on the Ukraine Action Team is an opportunity to hear what God is doing through the leaders and staff. Meeting new leaders each month and hearing their stories is such a blessing.
Fun fact about me: My husband Dale and I used to ride a tandem bike. One year we rode 1,500 miles in different areas of the country!
Dale Willman / Action Team Chair
I enjoy getting time with our leaders and meeting new staff when they are invited to the calls and live meetings. This helps us know how to pray for the ministries in each country and some of the individual needs and praises.
Fun fact about me: I like speed and have been over 65 mph on my bicycle (downhill of course).
Jessica Wolfe / Russia
I am Armenian, and I grew up in a Young Life family (my parents were Young Life leaders), so I naturally got connected to Young Life Middle EurAsia when my family found out Young Life was in Armenia! I traveled to Russia, as well as Armenia and Ukraine. I love that part of the world and am excited to lead the Russian Action Team.
Fun fact about me: I spent some time living in Russia, studying Russian language at a University in St. Petersburg
Lee Ann Williams / Armenia
I met our Armenian Regional Directors, Arman and Lilit 19 years ago on my first trip to Armenia. I’ve had the privilege of seeing Young Life grow over the years under their faithful leadership. What I love the most about being on the Armenian Action Team, are our monthly updates from our leaders and the unity of our team from all over the U.S.
Taylor Reynolds / The far West
Being a part of the Far West Action team is a blessing to me because I get to see and know our leaders from the other side of the world. I love creating connections and praying for one another, and seeing God work in kids' lives.
Fun fact about me: I am both a morning person and a night person! I always hate falling asleep — I am sure I am missing out on something fun.
